Socially committed to Language Justice/Access and the improvement of our communities

Communication Essentials LLC is a minority-owned social enterprise, founded and led by immigrants with strong ties to many of the vibrant cultures that shape our collective home.

We are a Language Services company, offering diverse and relevant solutions to the multicultural communication needs of our partners, including consulting, training, interpretation, translation and many others.

​

We started as a project led by Amer Al-Fayadh called Language Beyond Borders, before branching off as an independent entity. As Communication Essentials LLC, we have provided language interpretation and translation in Lancaster since 2020, establishing ourselves in Lancaster as a reputable and socially focused firm that prioritizes community needs.

We have had the opportunity to work in diverse and fruitful projects, partnering with Lancaster Police Chief's Association to foster trust between the residents and police departments, with the United Way in a Language Justice Initiative that provided free resources to community service organizations, with the City of Lancaster and the School Districts to ensure language access for everyone, among many other past and ongoing projects.
